ROOM RATES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

- Buffet breakfast served in our Au premier restaurant from 7am to 10am (unless otherwise specified at check-in).
- Mineral water in the room on arrival
- WIFI Internet connection throughout the hotel.
- Shuttle service Pontresina train station/hotel - transfer can be arranged for arrivals and departures between 07.30 and 17.00 by prior arrangement .

- Free access to our small wellness area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation room. Access by prior arrangement at reception.

- Secure luggage storage
- Bike and hiking boot depot
- Ski depot with heated boot rack and table for waxing cross-country skis.
- Cots and high chairs for children up to 5 years old.
- Service, VAT and tourist tax. On some booking platforms, tourist tax is exclusive.

Also:
- Free use of public transport by train and bus in the Upper Engadin in summer and winter from 2 nights.
- Summer season: from 2 nights free use of all open mountain railways in the Upper Engadin.
- Chaise longue on the hotel terrace for unforgettable moments of relaxation with a view of our mountains!

Additional services at extra charge:
- Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries - included in suites - extra charge in other room types.
- Small pets are allowed in the room (for a fee, CHF 15.00 per day), but not in the Comfort and Deluxe rooms;
they are not allowed in the Au Premier dining room.
- Laundry service (extra charge).
- Guest parking: the hotel offers covered parking (CHF 15 per night) in the garage or outdoor parking (CHF 8 per night). Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
- Winter season: from 2 nights onwards ski tickets for the entire Upper Engadin for CHF 47 per person/day.

- Our restaurants and bars offer everything from full meals to aperitifs, snacks, ice cream, cakes, toast and much more;
- Au Premier Terrace - reserve your table in summer for breakfast, a snack, an al fresco dinner.
